NOTICE OF 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
Take notice that a meeting of the members of the Mortgage-Backed Securities Issuer Association will be held at The Albany Club, 91 King Street East, Toronto, ON M5C 1G3 and online on Monday,September 13, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. to conduct the following business:
1. Receive the report of the Board of Directors;
2. Receive the Financial Statements of the MBSIA for the year ended March 31, 2022 and the Auditor's Report on those statements;
3. Appoint the public accountant for the MBSIA for the financial year ending March 31,2023 and authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration;
4. Elect the Board of Directors of the MBSIA for a term ending at the close of the next Annual Meeting of Members; and
5. Transact further and other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting.
The following accompanies this Notice:
1. Copy of the minutes of the 2021 Annual Meeting of Members;
2. Copy of Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report;
3. List of nominees for the Board of Directors; and
4. The Proxy Form.
Member representatives may vote by proxy or in person at the Meeting. Whether or not you expect to attend the Meeting, please exercise your right to vote by signing and returning the form of proxy by email to info@mbsia.ca no later than 11:30 a.m. EST on Friday,September 9, 2022.
